What made you choose our company:

We purchased our home in 2018 and the water softener and filter were already installed. After about a year, I reached out to Water Specialties to get maintenance on the unit and to learn how it works. Unit was working fine. But I like most about the company is that Mary, the rep, called me this year to let me know it was time for maintenance and I scheduled the appt. Joe came to perform the maintenance and was extremely pleasant and explained the system to me. He even moved totes that were blocking the unit that we forgot to move before he got here. Sorry Joe! Thanks for all your help and for keeping our system in good shape.
