From the get go, we got friendly, professional and responsive office staff who handled the installation process with no hitches.

The call representative made us feel that we were important and was very personable. Everything from the billing to appointment scheduling was thoroughly explained.

The installation crew was excellent. They first came to identify the problem with the old softener and provided good recommendations. On installation day, the crew was good at explaining the product; they cleaned up after completing the installation; and their communications with us was pleasant and personable. Great guys.
