What made you choose our company:

We talked with a sales rep, Jason, at the Home Show in Appleton about a water filtration system. Impressed by his knowledgeable and no-pressure sales approach, we accepted an offer for a rep come to our home. To make a long story short, Jason stopped two different times to examine our situation, discuss with us our specific needs and concerns, returned with sample water for me to try. As It turned out, Jason could not help us, but thankfully at another time could service our water softener unit, which was an equally pleasant experience and good value. Kyle replaced some parts, restoring our conditioner to peak condition. We are so impressed by the company's representatives, who clearly demonstrate a genuine desire to meet customers' needs and are personable yet professional in communications and work. I'd definitely recommend this company and will be calling on them for future service.
