Randy was able to find a problem with a part and replaced it at no cost as covered under maintenance plan
It went from a 1 to 5. I called with problem on a Thursday and at first it was going to scheduled for the next Tuesday as service tech was out from an injury. Then I got a callback and someone could make it the next day. That.made it from a 1 to 5
