very timely after initial call for service

very courteous, helpful and caring to my call, I was upset & stressed with my husband passing recently and not focussed as well as I should have been. She was very patient to me.

Mr. Schmidt was very courteous, knew how to explain to me so I understood the reason unit had to be repaired.

blockage in the replaced parts. not good flow.

tested the water quality, replaced 3 injectors. Softener unit as a whole did not need to be totally replaced which is what I was concerned with when I called.

no issues, cleaned up everything that he brought in with him
