We had an existing customer who reached out to us because the iron filter they had was acting up and the toilets in the house were turning orange. With the age of the system and the high iron in the area the customer wanted to see if they could do something different.  We sent out a project coordinator to test the water and see what we could do. After some testing we found very high iron which is normal for the area but can be tricky to treat sometimes. We had a level that was treatable with an air charge iron filter, we did recommend to up size the system to get some extra coverage of the iron. After a clean install the customer was happy to have iron free water again!

We got a call to this home wondering if we could fix a water softener, after a technician diagnosed the problem, he had the unfortunate conversation that parts for their particular unit we no longer made and finding them would be near impossible, so it needed to be replaced. 

We sent out a Project Coordinator in test their water conditions and discuss with the homeowner what would work best for them. They decided on an EVRS-1354, a larger softener to handle the number of individuals in the home. Now the family has soft water again.

We had a existing customer of ours reach out for some service on the iron filter they had because they had noticed some orange in the toilets. We had a service tech go too the home and take a look, he found a few issues in the control head and based off age and cost to fix he recommended to replace it. We had a project coordinator stop out to get some pricing on a new iron filter. After some tests we recommended the EVFE-1054 iron filter.  The customer agreed and we set up installation for the new filter. After the new iron filter was installed the customer is happy they don't have to clean the toilets every day! 

We had an existing customer of ours reach out to use because they had purchased a shop on well water and they had a lot of orange stains and and bad smell on the hot water. We sent someone out to test the water and see what we had going on and to see if we could fix it. After some tests we found a high amount of iron and iron bacteria. The iron in the water was staining anything it touched and the iron bacteria was causing the bad odor on the hot water. We recommended a iron filter to remove the iron and the odor defender to remove the bacteria. The odor defender uses a hydrogen peroxide mix to disinfect the water all the time. After the install the customer is happy to have clean water again!  

We had a local business reach out to us to service the softener they have in there shop. After the tech took a look at the system he recommended to replace the system due to its age and limited replacement parts available. They agreed it would be best to replace it so we sent out a project coordinator to see what equipment they would need, after some testing and going over water use we recommended a softener that was one size up to handle more water use. After a quick and clean install the customer was happy to have soft water again.
