One of our existing customers had our service team come out for his yearly maintenance on his softener and sulfur filter. Our tech found a crack in the control head on his water softener, with the age we recommend replacing it. We sent out one of our project coordinators out to see what system would work best. After testing water, we found the EVR with W.E.T. would be a good application to his water problems. We also added a reverses osmosis to get clean drinking water in the home. After a clean and quick install Mr. G. was very happy with his new Water Softener complete with WiFi that allows him to see how much he saved, the water usage, salt alerts and more!

A customer of ours had call us regarding his softener leaking. With the age of the system, we recommended to replace it; the customer also agreed, and we sent out a project coordinator to see what we could do. After a swift installation the customer was happy to have nice, soft water in his home again.

Kaukauna city water is very very hard and does not take long to noticed the hard water if the softener is not working. After some water tests we found the softener not working as it should and with the age we recommend to replace it. After going over some options the customer decided on the EVRS softener. After a clean and quick install the homeowner was happy to have soft water again. 

We had a customer who has been having trouble with his water softener. After a few tries fixing it himself the unit was still not working. The customer gave us a call to see what we could to do to help. Based on the age of the softener we recommended replacing it. We sent out a project coordinator to see what we could do. After some water tests and discussion, we found the EVR water softener and a Clear Flo RO was the best fit for the house. After a clean installation the customer is now happy with soft water again and drinkable water as well!

We had a customer that moved into a new home in Kaukauna. After a few weeks of living in the home, they noticed a lot of build-up in the dishwasher and on the shower heads. The customer had an old water softener in the home, and with the age, they wanted to replace it vs repair it. We sent out a project coordinator to see what we could do to help. After testing, we found extremely hard water, which is normal for Kaukauna city water. After discussing the new softener, the customer went with the EVRS water softener. After the install the customer is happy to be able to use the dishwasher again!
