We had a customer who was renting a water softener with another company and was having issues with it and wanted to look into something new. We sent out a project coordinator to test water and see what we could do for him. After some testing we found higher iron then what a water softener can handle safely. We recommended going with a iron filter for the iron and then the softener for the hardness. The customer liked the idea of something that can handle the water conditions better then what he had. After a quick and clean install the customer was happy to have clean water again! 

A customer in Ogdensburg was having iron staining in his sink and shower in this shop. Space was tight but we were able to fit an iron filter in his utility closet. The EVFE is a chemical free, salt free iron treatment system that automatically self-cleans. Now this customer doesn’t have to worry about red/orange stains in the shop bathroom.

Some homeowners know they have problematic water but don’t know what to do about it.  Particularly handy homeowners go to home improvement stores to see if they can solve the problem themselves. While in a Lowes store these customers were interacting with a Lowes employee and the employee mentioned they partner with a company to consult on professional water treatment. They also mentioned that when dealing with water it is a good idea to get a professional opinion before purchasing equipment that may or may not work for their specific water conditions.  Almost all the Wisconsin Lowes locations partner with Clean Water Center as their water treatment experts. After hearing what our project coordinator had to say the homeowners were equip with the knowledge, they needed to make an informed decision on what to do with their water. They decided that professional treatment was what they wanted and an AOE-1354 was installed in the basement of their home along with a spin-down sediment filter to keep large sand like pieces from getting into the home.

A customer of ours built a hunting cabin in Tigerton. After getting the well dug and plumbing installed, they noticed right away a lot of iron in the water. The customer knew he did not want to stain all the new sinks and showers in the house. We sent out a project coordinator to test the water and see what we could do to help. After testing we found a high amount of iron in the water and some hardness in the water. The customer wanted something that was going to be efficient and could sit without usage for a long period of time. We recommend the EVR water softener with W.E.T. to save on salt consumption. We also added in the EVFE iron filter to handle the iron. Both systems have a vacation mode so when the customer is not home the systems will not use any water. The customer is now very happy with clean water for his new home!

Mr. and Mrs. H. owned their cabin/property in Amherst Junction for years because it had been in the family for so long. However, it has always been the up North cabin and water treatment was lower on the priority list for a long period of time. Mr. and Mrs. H. had begun a full remodel on the home and were installing new fixtures, appliances, plumbing, etc. and it was this change that caused them to look into water treatment. They did not want their new investments to turn orange and be built up with white crustiness from the hardness in the water, so they gave us a call. After scoping their plumbing situation and testing water, it was found that the best fit was our more advanced EVR water softener.
