Mr. and Mrs. D. had recently moved into their new home that was on a well. Our sister company, Clean Water Testing, had performed their well and septic inspection during the real estate transaction and checked in on health and safety concerns with the water. After closing, we had a follow up appointment where we did further water testing to find what the aesthetics of the water were. The family had informed us that although they just moved in, they were already noticing orange staining and a strange smell from the water. Our tests found trace levels of sulfur gas present that caused the odor, and higher levels of iron that caused the staining. It was recommended that our EVFE iron filter be the unit to address both the iron and trace levels of sulfur. Not only was staining and odors addressed, but they also had an older, failing water softener that needed replacing, and Mr. and Mrs. D. found that our more advanced EVR water softener was the perfect fit. Now the family is in their new home with softened, clean, and odor-free water.
We had a customer who had just moved into a home with a older water softener. After living in the home for a few weeks he noticed the water was just not right. We had originally installed the softener back in 2004 so he gave us a call to see what was needed, after a conversation on the phone and due to age we recommended looking into replacement. We set up a time for a project coordinator to go too the home to test water and see what we could do to help. After some water testing the current softener was no longer working at all so we suggested to replace it. After going over some options the home owner decided on the ES water softener. After a quick and clean install the customer as nice clean water again!
This newly constructed school in Shawano began noticing signs of hardness build up throughout the facility. With a simple call to Bob, we were able to provide a solution with the installation of a Custom Care Softener.
We had a customer who was renting a water softener with another company and was having issues with it and wanted to look into something new. We sent out a project coordinator to test water and see what we could do for him. After some testing we found higher iron then what a water softener can handle safely. We recommended going with a iron filter for the iron and then the softener for the hardness. The customer liked the idea of something that can handle the water conditions better then what he had. After a quick and clean install the customer was happy to have clean water again!
A customer in Ogdensburg was having iron staining in his sink and shower in this shop. Space was tight but we were able to fit an iron filter in his utility closet. The EVFE is a chemical free, salt free iron treatment system that automatically self-cleans. Now this customer doesn’t have to worry about red/orange stains in the shop bathroom.
