New Water Softener and Reverse Osmosis Installed in Waupaca, WI

Mr. F moved into his retirement home in Waupaca and found that the water softener there at the home was not providing softened water. After assessing Mr. F's water conditions, we found that he would see the most benefit out of the salt efficient EVR, but also from the Ultroflow Reverse Osmosis to provide good Food Grade water for their drinking and cooking.

Iron Bacteria and Hard Water Issue in Waupaca, WI

We had a customer of ours who has a second home in the Waupaca area that was having issues with the softener in the home as well as a nasty smell too the hot water. The homeowner wanted to look into replacing the softener and what could be done with the smell so we sent out a project coordinator to test the water and see what we could do. After taking a look at the water and running some tests we found the current softener not working like it should anymore, along with that we found iron bacteria in the water. This is a non-harmful bacteria but can cause odor on the hot water and a slime film in the water. We recommended a new water softer and well as adding the odor defender system to eliminate the iron bacteria. After the installation the customer was very happy to have soft water again as well as no stinky water!

New Water Softener- Waupaca, WI

We had a customer who had a old water softener that was not working as well anymore and wanted to replace it. He gave us a call and we sent out a project coordinator to test water and see what we could do for him.  After some testing and checking out the plumbing we put a quote together and went over some softener options for him. The customer went with the EVR water softener and also took advantage of the maintenance plan that can come with the EVR. The maintenance plan covers a yearly service on the softener, salt delivery and we change the warranty into life time parts and labor!  The customer is now happy to have soft water again!

Iron Treatment of Waupaca Well Water

A Gentleman just bought a home in Waupaca which he planned to rent out. He noticed while doing renovations that the water stained everything it touched red/orange.  There was an iron filter in place, however it was old and did not seem to be operational.  The new homeowner called us in hopes we could solve the problem before tenants had moved in.  After a conversation with our project coordinator and some water tests the homeowner decided to have a water softener installed.  Water softeners, with proper care and resin cleaning salt is capable of handling certain kinds and specific levels or iron in water.  It will also softener the water, protecting the home from hard water as well as the iron.  He also put the softener on our optional maintenance plan, which means we will be out once per year to look over equipment, deliver salt and answer questions.  It also covers a lifetime parts and labor warranty.

New well owners with odor- Clintonville

Mr. O had purchased a new home that had a well and was his first time on a well. There was a softner in place that was softeing the water but had a sulfur odor and bad taste. We recommnded a ONE filter to remove the the sulfur and a RO system for the drinking water. After being installed the odor was removed and the water now tastes good.
