I have been a customer of Clean Water Center for a few years now. In the past, I would purchase salt and pick it up and deliver it to my home. I recently had knee surgery and asked if the salt could be delivered to my home.  The service rep said “Sure I would be happy to do that for you” The following Monday a young man named Kyle was at my door on time at 10:30 am. Kyle performed various water tests, explained to me what he was doing as he was doing the tests. He then brought my salt down to the basement, loaded up my softener, and did more tests on my water and equipment, at no extra charge. There was a $12.00 delivery charge for the salt, all of the testing was free. (frankly, I would of paid more for the service I received) The bottom line is the customer service was outstanding, and I will have my salt delivered directly to my home from here on out. Clean Water Center will have my business for life!

Well, I am awarding this company the best of the best award! I am extremely picky, and the installation of my new water softener was the best I have seen. John and his team did a great job. They showed up in one day, on time, gave me the best options, and their knowledge was really right on for the best product. As others have said, integrity, honesty, and superb work was all included! A huge "Thank You" to Nate and Randy for doing an outstanding job with the suggestion of water treatment equipment and the install for our home!  With Kaukauna's very hard water and the terrible smell of chlorine in it, we are so thankful that we have soft water and the smell is gone.  The install process was done quickly and they left everything neat and clean.  Probably cleaner than I had it.   I would highly recommend the Clean Water Center for all your water treatment needs.  Looking forward to working with you in the future!!
