For over 45 years, my wife and I have always enjoyed the benefits of soft water. With all of our relocations, we came to expect that we would have softened water. We recently moved into Appleton and found that this necessity was missing from our “new” condo. We began the process of interviewing water treatment companies… a national company and two local companies. It was our intent to not only have soft water, but also eliminate the chlorine as well…the latter causing us skin irritation. We found that all water softening companies are not the same when it came to the latter requirement. One company played down our skin irritations as being not caused by chlorine and the other had so little knowledge about their product line being able to handle both softening and chlorine reduction that we were left at a loss as to what to do. Then we were recommended to contact Water Rights Clean Water people. What a pleasant experience. We met with our project coordinator, a true water professional who not only knew his product line, but all the “ins and outs” of water in general. He explained all the benefits of their products, suggested a unit to handle both softening and chlorine reduction, answered our concerns, and in general gave us the confidence that Water-Rights products were of the quality and pricing that appealed to us. Being very impressed and also considering something to upgrade our drinking water, we also purchased a reverse osmosis drinking water system. Upon signing a contract, an agreed installation date was established and the on-time appointment was kept. Our project coordinator handled all the details; the water treatment unit was specifically built for our needs, and he was present at the installation. On the install day he introduced us to their licensed plumber, and the entire install was completed within the estimated time of 2.5 hours, and NO mess to clean up! It has been about a month since we’ve had our unit installed and are enjoying all the benefits of soft, chlorine free water. In addition, our drinking water is now safer and tastes great. We have no water concerns and would highly recommend the professional team at Water-Rights Clean Water Center when considering upgrading your water.

Early this spring the pumps in both of our water softener and water chlorination units were not operational. Both systems served us well and we called the company who installed them. We were soon to find out that both needed to be replaced. We had several water conditioning companies in the Fox Valley come to the house to recommend units. All of them recommended a new softener and a new chlorination unit except Water Right's Clean Water Center. Clean Water Center tested our water, explained the results to us and suggested we eliminate the chlorine unit and replace it with a new piece of equipment that removes the iron, eliminates the smell, and softens the water all at the same time. This would eliminate 3 pieces of equipment and the need to add chlorine to one of the tanks. Clean Water Center would build the equipment to our needs, remove the old equipment and provide us with references of other satisfied customers. We gave Clean Water Center's proposal much thought as we were a bit apprehensive about eliminating the chlorination unit. But their explanation of how the new system would work and showing us the results of the water tests, we were convinced that we should have the new Clean Water Center's system installed. The installation went smoothly and our water is better than ever! There is no smell or taste. The results were amazing! We are very happy with the sales, service and professional courtesy extended to us with our new water softener system.

About three weeks ago we realized we needed to replace our water softener system and called Clean Water Center and spoke to Nate. We could not be happier with the professional customer service of Nate, the quality of workmanship of the service department and the Evolve Water Softener with Wi-Fi. Our water quality seems better than ever and the bonus is the Wi-Fi which allows us to track our water usage whether we are at home or on vacation. We appreciate that Water Right’s Clean Water Center also offers a great maintenance agreement. I would highly recommend Water Right and give them an “A+”!
