Customer had an old softener and it started to leak from the inlet pipe going into the softener, found that it was cracked and was spraying all over the basement. She called the Clean Water Center as she had to bypass the softener so no water was going to it. there was no other bypass in place, so when she turned it it shut down all of the water in the home except for the kitchen cold and outside lines, as the were the only lines not going through the softener.
A Project Coordinator went out to her to home to talk about new options with her. She decided to have us install the ES-1044 water softener, and we were able to get it installed for her the next day, so they could take showers and flush there toilets again the next day.
This customer called to say that he is looking for a new water softener for his home in the City of Hartland. Said that his current softener was regenerating too often, and that their water bill was going up. A Project Coordinator went out to his house to assess the water, and take a look at the old equipment and plumbing.
After the consultation, the homeowner decided to have us install a new AOP-1044 Water Softener.
This customer has been working with Clean Water Center for a while, and was interested in a Reverse Osmosis Drinking system for a while. He contacted us, and had us install an UltroWater Reverse Osmosis for him with a 14 Gallon Storage tank, so that he and his family will never run out of clean drinking water.
Customer called into the Clean Water Center as they had just moved in and the water had a horrible rotten egg smell, and he was curious if we could help him take care of it. A Project Coordinator went out to the house and verified that they had a large sulfur smell coming from the water and after taking the tests found that they also had high iron, with 6 ppm from the well. The previous owner had put in some equipment from farm and fleet, that was working to soften the water, but not take away the smell.
After going over the benefits of an iron filter to take away the sulfur smell, and help protect the house from the high iron, the customer decided to have us install an EVFE-1354 Iron filter, and uninstall some of the equipment that would no longer be needed that the previous home owner had put in.
This homeowner just moved into the house a few days before she called us. The smell of the water had an overwhelming sulfur smell. She decided to call us for service, as the previous homeowner had worked with us. After checking out her softener, the service tech found that it was working as it should, but the sulfur was way more than it could handle. He suggested an Iron Filter as there was a decent amount of iron as well, and the Iron Filter will help combat the Iron and the Sulfur smell, and help prolong the life of the softener.
We were able to get the Iron Filter installed the next day for them, so that they could enjoy much cleaner, better smelling water.
