This customer called wanting to upgrade their current water treatment equipment. They had a competitor's water softener and Iron Curtain, but were still get getting hard water issues around the house, as well as a bad smell and taste to it. A Project Coordinator went out to the house to test the water and assess their situation.

The Project Coordinator went over the solutions and the homeowner decided to upgrade all of their equipment with a new water softener, iron filter, and added the Ultro Reverse Osmosis drinking system as well, so that they always have bottle quality water at their fingertips.

Whole House Iron Filtration in Hilbert, WI

Mr. and Mrs. M. had purchased an EVOLVE water softener from us a few years ago, but chose to keep their existing filter at that time. This filter addressed iron and sulfur, but used chemicals as the form of treatment. As Mr. and Mrs. M. noticed quality decreasing and taking into consideration the maintenance required for such a system, they chose to look at new options. We were able to show that we could treat their iron and sulfur via our EVFE whole house filter. The EVFE air charge filter does not use chemicals and requires less maintenance compared to those that use an air compressor for a created air charge. They now have a simplified treatment set up and no longer deal with chemical treatment for their well water.

Leaking Softener in Oshkosh, WI

The customer called the Clean Water Center, as he had an old unit that was working, but seemed to be leaking all the time. A Project Coordinator went out to the house to assess the water and the old unit. After speaking with the Project Coordinator, they assessed that all they needed was a new water softener for their house, and no extra equipment was needed. The customer decided to get an EVRS-1044 water softener installed.

New Water Softener - Menasha, WI

Mr. and Mrs. S had a 27 year old softener that finally reached it's end. Industry average for water softeners are 10-15 years, so a replacement was needed asap. After calling us and sending out a Project Coordinator for water testing and to scope plumbing, we were able to find what worked best for the household. Mr. and Mrs. S wanted to look into an option that allowed us to service their softener on a regular basis for them to have one less thing to address in the home themselves. So we found that the EVR with the maintenance plan was the best fit. It's our most salt efficient system that minimizes having to refill the salt and the maintenance plan allows us to provide multiple services once a year to keep things working longer than the industry average of 10-15 years with true effectiveness. The EVR should now be the last water softener they need in their current home.
