The H. family had recently moved into their new home and a new feature to their home ownership was living on a well. They had only lived with municipal water in the past and they noticed build up all around the house. Once they found that their existing softener was not functioning properly, they reached out to a plumber because they didn't know otherwise. The original plumber they spoke with referred them to our office, and that's because not all plumbers are fully outfitted or capable of treating problem water like Wisconsin wells produce. A Project Coordinator found levels of iron that could cause staining and an extremely higher level of hardness after testing their water. The best fit was found to be our bigger EVRS model in order to keep up with the water usage and hardness levels. The family is no longer concerned about the water and now are able to pay less mindfulness to their new venture into home ownership with a well.

Mr. and Mrs. T. had purchased Mr. T.'s childhood home that had a well. For years there was a water softener, but in the last 5 years they had been without. It was found that without a water softener, they were seeing iron staining, and an iron bacteria was present as well. After having enough of untreated water, they gave us a call and we sent out a Project Coordinator. With enough iron to continue staining and hard water calcifying in the home, something had to be done. It was found that our EVRS model was the best fit to soften the water and remove the iron. The family can now continue renovations without concern of staining and hard water build up.

One of our existing customers had our service team come out for his yearly maintenance on his softener and sulfur filter. Our tech found a crack in the control head on his water softener, with the age we recommend replacing it. We sent out one of our project coordinators out to see what system would work best. After testing water, we found the EVR with W.E.T. would be a good application to his water problems. We also added a reverses osmosis to get clean drinking water in the home. After a clean and quick install Mr. G. was very happy with his new Water Softener complete with WiFi that allows him to see how much he saved, the water usage, salt alerts and more!

A customer of ours had call us regarding his softener leaking. With the age of the system, we recommended to replace it; the customer also agreed, and we sent out a project coordinator to see what we could do. After testing the water and checking out the setup we made a few recommendations to customer. The customer decided on the ES water softener. After a swift installation the customer was happy to have nice, soft water in his home again. 

We had a customer reach out to us because his older softener was acting up and leaving a lot of hard water build up in the home. Kaukauna city water is very very hard and does not take long to noticed the hard water if the softener is not working. After some water tests we found the softener not working as it should and with the age we recommend to replace it. After going over some options the customer decided on the EVRS softener. After a clean and quick install the homeowner was happy to have soft water again.
