We had a customer who has been having trouble with his water softener. After a few tries fixing it himself the unit was still not working. The customer gave us a call to see what we could to do to help. Based on the age of the softener we recommended replacing it. We sent out a project coordinator to see what we could do. After some water tests and discussion, we found the EVR water softener and a Clear Flo RO was the best fit for the house. After a clean installation the customer is now happy with soft water again and drinkable water as well!

A home was recently bought and sold. The new homeowner came to us to take a look. They had a child with a specific medical condition and wanted to minimize the risk that the water could make the condition any worse. A Project Coordinator discussed exactly what the customer wanted and got him on the schedule as soon as possible for a completely new set-up. A New Iron Filter to start, the EVFE-1054 to keep iron from staining and build up. A water softener, the EVR-1054 for hardness and calcium build up. Lastly a reverse osmosis system for all the drinking and cooking water to reduce everything in the water and get it as clean as possible before any is consumed. He also opted for our optional maintenance plan with a lifetime warranty; if he ever has any problems with any of this equipment, it is covered. Fixed or replaced by us, simple as that.

We had a customer that moved into a new home in Kaukauna. After a few weeks on living in the home they noticed a lot of build up in the dishwasher and on the shower heads. The customer had a old water softener in the home and with the age they wanted to replace vs repairing it. We sent out a project coordinator to see what we could do too help. After testing we found extremely hard water, witch is normal for Kaukauna city water. After discussing new softener the customer went with the EVRS  water softener. After the install the customer is happy to be able to use the dishwasher again! 

We had a customer who had moved into a new home in the city of Kaukauna. Kaukauna is very well known for very hard water, it only took the home owner a few days to figure out something was not right. Her dishes would turn white the new faucets hard spots and build up on them already. The homeowner got in contact with us threw one of our Lowes partners, and got set up with a free consult to see what we could do to help. After some testing we found very hard water, witch is no surprise for Kaukauna city water. We went over some options on softeners and the home owner went with the AOS. After a clean a quick install the home owner is happy she has nice clean water and protecting her new home against hard water. 

We had an existing customer of ours reach out because the softener they had was getting old and just not working like it used too. We sent out a project coordinator to check the water conditions and see what we could do for them. After some testing we found the iron levels had gone up over the years. This was the reason the old system had failed, with the new level of iron we had to do something different with the treatment. We recommend an iron filter to handle all the iron and then the softener is just removing the hardness and can last longer and be more efficient. The customer liked the idea of this wanted to get the new systems. After a quick and clean install, the customer was happy with the new water quality in the home!
