A customer of ours was having some issues with the water softener in there home and gave us a call. After talking with them we found the unit is 15+ years old and on Kaukauna city water this system was at the end of its life span. We recommend to look into replacing it and the customer agreed, we sent out a project coordinator to see what we could do. After some water tests we confirmed the old softener was no longer working. We went over some new options with the customer and they decided on the EVR water softener and also signed up for our maintenance plan to service it once a year and always insure its working as it should! The customer was very happy to get soft water again and not have to worry about the softener anymore!
We had an existing customer who was having issues with his 20+ year old softener. With the age of the system we recommend to have a project coordinator come out to give a estimate on a new system. After some test we found the softener not working at all and the Kaukauna hard water was taking its toll on the house. We went over some options for him he liked the EVRS softener, we also discussed an ro system for better drinking water in the home, the customer thought that was a awesome idea so he doesn't have to buy bottle water anymore! The customer was very happy with the new system and ro after a clean and quick install.
Kaukauna city water is especially hard. Anyone who has a water softener that has stopped working will be able to tell you how quickly build up can start to happen. This customer knew this softener was about to go. Instead of letting it fail, they decided to have it replaced as soon as possible. So, an EVRS-1054 was installed right away.

After going over the system our tech recommend to replace the system do too age and was under sized for the home. We sent out a project coordinator to see what we could for them. We recommend to go up in size to insure they get soft water all day, when the moved into the home the softener was already installed so it was not sized for there family. They agreed a new bigger system is what they needed, after a quick and clean install the customer is no enjoying soft water again!
We had a customer who had just moved into a new home reach out to use regarding a bad smell coming from the water. We recommended for a project coordinator to come out and test the water for free too see what was going on. After arriving to the home we found they had a water softener that was working good but there was a sulfur in the water. Water softeners are not meant to remove sulfur in the water and this is why the home owner noticed it right away. We recommended a sulfur filter to remove this for the whole home, the customer agreed and got something scheduled in right away. After the install the customer was very happy to have odor free water!
