A customer of ours purchased a home that had a older water softener in it, they noticed when they moved in the water was not great. They had reached out to us to service the system but after some discussions we found out the system was old and the parts for this unit have been discounted. We recommended a project coordinator come out and see what we could do for a new system. After some tests of the water we recommend the EV2, this is an all in one unit that can handle high iron and hardness as well. The customer liked the idea of just a one tank system, after a quick and clean install the customer was happy to have clean water in the new home!
Our customer had lived in his home for about 5 years. When he moved in there was a water softener and an iron filter in place. After having some issues with the quality of the water he had called us to have a service tech come out. After having a tech look at the units, he found lots of issues and recommend to replace them due to the age and problems they were having. We had one of our project coordinators come out to get an accurate quote based on the water conditions and what Mr. S. was looking for in water quality. After testing the water and talking with the customer we found the EVRS and EVFE the best fit for Mr. S. After an easy and seamless scheduling and installation process Mr. S. was very happy with his water!
We had a existing customer of ours who reached out to us because his water softener was acting up. The softener was 15 years old, and we recommended to look into replacing it, the customer agreed, and we sent out a project coordinator to see what was needed. We tested the water to make sure we didn't have a change in water conditions, inspected plumbing and checked out the install area. We went over a few different systems that would work in the house and the homeowner decided on the EVR water softener. This is out most advanced and efficient softener we offer. The customer also signed up for our maintenance plan, with this plan we come out once a year to service the softener, check over the setting, deliver any salt and take health and safety tests. After the new softener was installed the customer is happy to have clean water again!
We had a customer who purchased a home to rent out. When purchasing the home they had the water tested by our lab, after testing they found a iron bacteria in the water. This was causing a bad odor on the hot water and they did not want to rent the home with bad smelling water. We sent out a project coordinator to see what we could do too help. After taking a look at the set up we recommended a hydrogen peroxide injection system to remove the iron bacteria, the current softener was also not working so we recommended to replace this as well. The home owner agreed and got the new equipment installed. The home owner can now rent knowing they will not have any more odor in the water!
Mr. and Mrs. J. moved out of the city and into the country in Neshkoro. They found the perfect trailer to spend their future days, but being on a well brought about issues they hadn't had to deal with in the past. The trailer they moved into had no water treatment equipment whatsoever, so all appliances and fixtures were being harmed by hardness and iron. Because of their concerns, we sent a Project Coordinator out to assess the situation and see what we could do to help. Due to the limited space that was allowed to work with in the trailer, we had to get creative. Traditionally we prefer installing a water softener that has the media tank separate from the brine tank, but due to the lack of space for such a set up, we custom built a "cabinet" unit. this was able to fit in the closet of the homeowner by the water heater and pressure tank to remove the staining level of iron and the hardness in the water.
