Bad Water Odor In De Pere, WI

We have quite the collection of rentals in service inside customer's homes. They are a great way to spread out the cost of equipment over time rather than purchasing water treatment all up front. This customer had a rental in their home that worked for years, however, sometimes water conditions change and different equipment is needed for quality water. This residence had started to get stronger odor from inside the softener, this usually mean there has been a bacteria contamination and a culture has formed inside the tank. To remedy the issue, and continue to treat the iron in the water, we installed a EVAIR-1054 with an ozone generator. We also installed a EVR-1044U to continue to treat hardness.

Upgraded Water Treatment Fixes Odor in De Pere, WI

We had a customer who rented a system with us for a few years. The customer was looking into buying the equipment so they did not have a monthly cost anymore. We set up a time to go over some options with the customer to see what works best. After some talking we found the sulfur in the area has gotten worse over the last couple years. As a result the current system was struggling to remove it at times. We recommended to go with a sulfur filter and water softener set up. The customer agreed and we installed the new equipment. The customer is now happy with odor free water and the peace of mind it won't come back.

New Salt Efficient System in Depere

Given this customers water conditions and their water usage we were able to put in a system with WET (Water Efficient Technology) letting annual salt usage get as long as 240lbs per year, that is only six 40 pound bags. That means they only need to fill their salt tank once per year.

Complete Water Treatment on De Pere Well Water

When Mike in De Pere called the office, they had recently purchased a home and could not stand the smell of the water when it was used. We scheduled a consultation with them in the home and a project coordinator, and they were able to diagnose that there was sulfur gas coming from the well giving off a foul, rotten egg smell.  To solve the problem, we suggested an air charge sulfur filter. They also discussed that in their last home they had reverse osmosis and would like a similar system installed in the home, as well as a new water softener given the existing one was well beyond its expected lifespan. The homeowner also wanted to protect all this new equipment the best way possible, so they signed a maintenance plan. This way Clean Water Center is out once a year to check on equipment, replace filters, deliver salt and cover a lifetime parts and labor warranty of all the equipment if a problem were ever to occur.

Moving Homes to De Pere

A home in De Pere recently got new owners who were customers of ours in their previous home.  They gave us a call to see what we could do with their city water.  After a Project Coordinator arrived and did some testing, they concluded that a similar but smaller system to what they had in their previous home would be ideal. This new system would work exactly the same as the one in their last home but would be smaller, use less water and be more salt efficient. They also really enjoyed their Maintenance Plan on their last system and wanted the full-service experience again. This way they hardly have to lift a finger when it comes to their water treatment. Their EVRC-1054U treats their water hardness and the chlorine present in city water.
