A service technician was sent out to fix a leaking softener, but when they arrived they quickly realized that there was a catastrophic failure and the whole softener would have to be rebuilt.
Instead of rebuilding their 20+ year old softener the customer decided to replace it instead. After having a conversation with our Project Coordinator they chose our EVR-1044U. This system has WET, our water and salt saving programming, and is Wi-Fi capable for remote monitoring and settings access.
The homeowner also decided to join our maintenance program for preventative service, salt deliveries and a lifetime warranty of the equipment. With how salt efficient the softener is, this product, in conjunction with the maintenance plan, is a mostly install and forget set up. The customer may only need to check on the system once a year before we are back out to tend to the system for them.
Hard water build up throughout the home had this homeowner needing to replace their 15 year old softener. With the install of our ES-1044 softener, we are happy to provide softened water for years to come!
Jim and Wendy recently built a new home in the Suamico area. Shortly after moving in they learned that their water contained high levels of iron and hardness and also didn't taste the best. Jim did his research and met with 4 different companies to find the best solution to protect their new home. After reviewing all the information he had gathered Jim selected The Clean Water Center to help him get the water they deserve. We removed the iron with an iron filter, the hardness with our EVR softener with WIFI technology, and better drinking water better than most bottled waters with a Reverse Osmosis Drinking water system. We even helped Jim set up the RO to provide a spot free rinse after washing his cars!
Mr. and Mrs. L. were experiencing a sulfur odor that caused a horrid taste to the water and wanted something done about it. They stated that they had a water softener, but it wasn't doing anything for the odor, and that is to be expected because a standard resin water softener is not capable or intended to capture sulfur gas. After testing the water and seeing the situation in full, we found that we could get a couple birds with one stone. The home also had higher levels of iron and we decided it was a good idea to protect the existing water softener from the iron, while tackling the odor issue. Luckily, the sulfur levels were not high enough to call for sulfur exclusive treatment, therefore we treated both iron and sulfur under one umbrella in the EVFE. They now have odor-free water that tastes better and their older water softener life span will now be extended due to the protection from the iron.
A current customer of ours reached out regarding his softener acting up. We noticed the system was 25 years old so we recommended the customer look into replacing it. We sent out a project coordinator to see what we could do to help. After testing the water and talking with the customer he went with out EVRS water softener. After a clean and quick install the customer was happy to have nice, soft water again!
