Mr. and Mrs. W. are existing customers of ours and they requested a service technician to take a look at their water softener because they were experiencing some problems. Our technician found that the entire power head was out of service and that a replacement water softener was deemed necessary. Mr. and Mrs. W. were able to continue the conversation with one of our Project Coordinators to go over the different options they had available. They found their our mid-level EVRS water softener was the best fit for them in terms of performance and capabilities. They now have a fully functioning water softener that is keeping up with their water usage and not flooding their basement. 

Mr. and Mrs. E. have lived in their home for about 5 years and always had an odor in the water. Not only that, but orange staining was becoming worse as time progressed. They knew something needed to be done and because our sister company, Clean Water testing, had done their initial well inspection, they gave us a call to see what kind of solutions were available. After finding that they had hard water, enough iron to stain and sulfur gas present, we knew we had to improve their situation. While filters were an option, they wanted a "simple" solution. That's where our EV2 water conditioner came into play. The EV2 is capable of handling higher levels of iron, trace amounts of sulfur and softening the water under one umbrella. They no longer have to worry about any work done in the house, because the new appliances and fixtures to come will be protected. 

A couple had moved into a new home and noticed hard water build up in their home and thought that their softener and iron filter should be looked at. A service technician was dispatched and after testing water and, after running diagnostic tests on the softener and iron filter, recommended that the softener be replaced and that an iron filter may no longer be necessary knowing that softeners can handle low levels of iron on their own.

The Project Coordinator verified the technicians testing and suggested a new softener, and if monitored, did not need an iron filter in the home. The homeowner decided on the EVRS-1044 on a Thursday and had it installed a few days later on Monday.

We had a customer of ours that had a old water softener in there home reach out because it was acting up. With the age and issues going on we sent out a project coordinator to go over some new equipment options with them. After some water tests we found some higher iron and sulfur in the water. The old water softener was not indented to treat high iron or sulfur so recommend adding in a air charge filter to remove the iron and sulfur. The customer liked the sound of not having smell water anymore. After the install of the new softener and filter the customer is very happy with the water conditions! 

We had a customer who had some water testing done in our state certified lab for health and safety. After some tests we found a high amount of arsenic. The customer wanted to take care of that and see if they could get a better quality water in the home because they had been dealing with iron issues for a few years now. We sent out a project coordinator to test the water a little more and see what we could do for them. After some test we found high iron and the old iron filter was not removeing it anymore. After some discussions with the home owners they decided to go with a new iron filter, water softener and reverse osmosis to remove the arsenic. After a nice clean a quick install the homeowners can now enjoy some clean water in the home!
