Mr. and Mrs. P had an old softener that was not working. They wanted to buy new appliances but wanted to ensure that they were protected from the 23 GPG of hardness that they had in the water. After a meeting with the Project Coordinator, they decided to get a new Water Softener installed and purchase the Maintenance plan with it so that we could help them protect/maintain it for them and deliver out their salt. 

Mr. and Mrs. H just moved into their new house. The previous owners had rented most of their equipment from us, except for the Iron Filter. After speaking with a project coordinator, they decided to purchase all new equipment. The technician put in a new EVFE-1354 Iron Filter, EVR-1054 water softener, and Reverse Osmosis system. The new homeowners are happy now, knowing that their new investment is protected from the hard water and iron from the well and that they can enjoy a clean glass of drinking water from the Reverse Osmosis system. 

The customer had been living at his house for a bit and was looking to update his water treatment equipment. He had an old softener from a big box store. We sent a Project Coordinator out to the house to assess the water. After speaking with the Project Coordinator, he also realized that they did not like the taste of their water as well, and decided to purchase a water softener and a Reverse Osmosis Drinking System, so his family to enjoy bottle quality water without the hassle of having to buy bottles of water. Equipment was installed and the family is happy with the quality of their water. They decided to go on the Maintenance plan to have us take care of their new purchase. 

Customer called the Clean Water Center as he had an old water softener that no one could service, and he was talking to a friend about it, and the friend suggested him to call us. 

He had an old Mermaid system that parts are no longer available for, so a Project Coordinator went out to the home to test the water and assess the basement for placement. He decided to have us install an EVRS-1044 water softener for his home, that we were able to install the next week for him. 

Customer called the Clean Water Center as his water softener was getting old and he wanted to upgrade. He was also doing some renovations in the basement and wanted it moved to a different section of the basement. 

A Project Coordinator went out to the home to test the water and discuss options with him. The current softener was working but he liked the salt savings that came with an upgrade. They decided to go with the EVRS-1044 water softener. We were able to install it at the customers desired time/date and also move it to the part of the basement that they wanted it moved to.
